Welcome to Our Parish

Our Lady and St Dympna’s Parish is a faith-filled, active, growing, and vibrant parish. Our Parish is located in a northern suburb of Brisbane.

Much effort is needed to enable a parish to function successfully in its pastoral outreach to everyone in the community.

I wholeheartedly thank those parishioners who dedicate both time and effort for this community. Being a volunteer and becoming involved, in whatever way you prefer, allows you to live out your Baptismal commitment, and gives you the opportunity to meet and make new friends.

As Parish Priest, I am thankful for the support received from many parishioners who volunteer their help, care and friendship. Volunteers are the puzzle pieces, who, when working together, best resemble the image of God to the world around us.

It is clearly visible that we are blessed to be a community who pray, sing and work together for the love of God and for the love of neighbour.

We welcome and encourage you to join us and become a member of this faith-filled community.
