Support Us

"For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only son”(John 3:16)"

When we give the first and best fruits to our church, we put God first in our lives. Giving is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude, faith, and love for others.

How do I give?

How do I give?

You can give in one of the following ways:

  • 1 Regular Contribution through Direct Debit or Planned Giving Envelopes - contact the parish office for details
  • 2 Electronic Funds Transfer – One-Off Donation to a specific ministry via EFT
  • 3 During collection time in our weekend masses
  • 4 Tap point at the entrance of the church anytime

Just as many before us have contributed financially to our Parish, enabling us to worship in a well maintained air-conditioned church, we can also contribute to the Parish financially.

Our financial contributions will assist with:

  • the day to day running expenses of the Parish, such as electricity, water, and city council rates
  • our Parish Priest's living expenses
  • maintenance and repairs of our church and presbytery
  • wages of parish secretary and staff

Planned Giving

Both an envelope and a direct debit planned giving program operates in our Parish.  This regular donation assists the Parish plan financially by undertaking a commitment to a regular donation.

Contact the parish office if you wish to organize this.

One Off Payments

Donations can be made during Mass in the collection plate, through the Tap and Go facility at the church entrance or  using the electronic funds details below.

Bequests

Bequeathing a financial gift through your Last Will and Testament can be a way to make a lasting contribution to our Parish, and a lasting effect to our broader community.

A previous bequest to our Parish contributed to the commencement of the Aspleycare charity group, which has had a long lasting positive effect in our community.

It is important to seek expert advise regarding your Will.  Recommended wording would be "I give (amount/percentage of my estate/asset) to Our Lady and St Dympna Catholic Parish, 479 Robinson Rd, Aspley for general religious purposes".
